I don't feel like writing a whole thing, but I did have some fun moments these past couple of days!
For one, my cat friend, Matey, has been hanging around daily! Probably because I feed her kibble and canned tuna, but she also comes to just sleep on my welcome mat or my chair, so I like to think she enjoys being around too!
The other day, I truly cannot remember exactly what day it was, Monday maybe? I went to the beach to check on my sloth buddy, Inchie, and thought maybe I would be able to spot some more sloths now that I knew what to look for. Lo and behold, I was able to find 4 more sloths within the next 30 minutes! I could not believe it! Which does explain to me why not many people were so excited and in awe of Inchie whenever I saw her hanging from the tree; apparently, sloths are everywhere!
This week involved a lot of reading. You may have noticed I added a new section "Library" where I am documenting what books I am completing or plan to read next! Also, classes started, so I have been having to participate and contribute to that space. The worst. But overall, I would say it has been a good week! E&L fly in this coming week, so I am excited to show them around :)

finish 2 books
eat at a new restaurant
spend more time learning Spanish
figure out how to mail postcards (although now I just realized the post office is closed on the weekend...)
